The Login form displays when you enter the address for the application in a web browser or when you log out of the application.
Note: If you are using SSO with a Kerberos server or SSO with SAML, the Log In page and the credentials used to log in will be different.
To use the Login form you must have a User Name and Password. An administrator can supply you with a User Name, which is defined on the Employee form. The administrator can also reset your password if you forgot it.
If you are logging into the application for the first time, you may need to create a new password in order to login. See First Time User Login.
When you are logged into the application, you can change your password using the Change Password form in the Self Service menu.
If your password has been reset or is expired, use the Change Password tab on the Login form to create a new password.
Enter your Username and Password.
You can also change the Dictionary that controls the names of buttons and fields in the application. See "Select a Dictionary" below for more information.
Click Login.
To log out of the application, click the Log Out button. You will return to the Login form.
The Dictionary controls the names of buttons and fields in the application. You can select a Dictionary on the Login page.
If you leave this field blank, your currently effective Dictionary (assigned via the Systems Settings, Employee Group, or Employee form) will be used. If you select a Dictionary on the Login form, your selection will override the Dictionary currently assigned to you.
