Reporting and Exporting
You can export the fixed asset register and individual asset operation histories to PDF, Excel, or CSV for reporting, printing, and auditing purposes. The export is available from two places:
Exporting the Full Asset Register
- On the Fixed Assets list page, click the grid menu icon in the top-left corner of the grid, next to the column headers.
- Select the
Export grid data.
The Export data dialog opens.

- Choose the format:
- Microsoft Excel Open XML Format Spreadsheet (XLSX) - for further analysis in Excel
- Text file (CSV or custom separator) - for data interchange
- Portable Document Format (PDF) - for printing and sharing as a fixed-format report
- When
PDF is selected, you can customize:
- Title: defaults to "Fixed assets", editable to any text
- Subtitle: defaults to "Reporting month: [current month]", editable
- Include header row: includes column headers in the output
- Group data: groups rows by a column value
- Click OK to generate and download the report.
The export includes all assets currently shown in the grid. If you have a filter applied (by asset group, status, or location), only the filtered assets are exported. This lets you produce reports for specific subsets, for example, "All IT Equipment" or "All Disposed assets."
Exporting a Single Asset’s Operations
You can also export the operation history of an individual asset:
- Open the asset card and go to the Fixed Asset Operations tab.
- Click the grid menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the operations grid.
- Select Export grid data and choose PDF format.
- Customize the title (for example, the asset name) and click OK.
