Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.
    Ex.system administration

Data Mapping Values Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to specify a value to replace a Vantagepoint column's value when the value is exported to a file using a data export definition.

This is useful if the third-party software that will receive the data in the export file requires a different value than the one entered in Vantagepoint.

Example: For a Vantagepoint column that contains a general ledger account, if the column contains the value 101.00, you can have that value added to a data export file as 1001.00 instead of 101.00.
