Contents of the Table Settings Window

Use the contents of this window to customize the available product information on the Product Listings page in table view.

Navigate to the following contents:

Contents

In this window, the following general contents are available:

Item	Description
Search Available Columns	Enter the name of the column or product parameter to search for in the Available Columns box.
Available Columns	This box contains columns or product parameters that will not display in table view. See Available Columns Box.
Group Option (up to 3 can be applied)	Select this option to show the Group Columns box and use column groupings.
Group Columns	This box lists up to three columns that table view uses to group the listings. See Group Columns Box.
Selected Columns	This box lists the columns or product parameters that table view displays for each listing. See Selected Columns Box.
Reset Defaults	Click this button to restore the table view to its default configuration.
Cancel	Click this button to discard any changes to the table view settings and close the Table Settings window.
Save	Click this button to save all changes to the table view settings and close the Table Settings window.

Available Columns Box

In the Available Columns box, the following items are available:

Item	Description
Add All	Click this button to move all columns to the Selected Columns box and include them in table view.
Columns	This lists the columns that will not display in table view.
Name	For a given column, this indicates the name of the column.
Add	For a given column, click + to move the column to the Selected Columns box and include it in table view.

Group Columns Box

In the Group Columns box, the following items are available:

Item	Description
Remove all	Click this button to move all columns to the Available Columns box and exclude them from column groupings.
Columns	This lists up to three columns that table view uses to group the listings. The columns are listed in your set hierarchy.
Drag and Drop Icon	For a given column, drag and drop the column grouping by this icon to change its place in the grouping order.
Name	For a given column, this indicates the name of the column grouping.
Pin	For a given column, this indicates that the column grouping is pinned.
Order	For a given column, this indicates the place of the column in the grouping order.
Remove	For a given column, click X to move the column grouping to the Available Columns box and exclude it from table view.
Collapse	For a given column, select this option to collapse the column grouping by default.

Selected Columns Box

In the Selected Columns box, the following items are available:

Item	Description
Remove all	Click this button to move all columns to the Available Columns box and exclude them from table view.
Columns	This lists the columns or product parameters that table view displays for each listing.
Drag and Drop Icon	For a given column, drag and drop the column grouping by this icon to change its place in the column order of the table view.
Name	For a given column, this indicates the name of the column.
Order	For a given column, this indicates the place of the column in the table view order
Remove	For a given column, click X to move the column to the Available Columns box and exclude it from table view.

Columns

In the Table Settings window, the following columns are available:

• Family Name
• Product Type Name
• Company Full Name
• Category
• Family Number
• Product Model Number
• Product Name
• Listing Type
• Status
• State
• Company Display Name
• Company Name
• Has Manufacturer Options
• Last Updated
• Auto Generate
• SA Product Type ID
• Swatchbox
• Sustainable Minds
• ULE

You can assign these columns to the Available Columns box, Group Columns box, and Selected Columns box.
