Contents of the Product Listings Page

Use the contents of the Product Listings page to view and filter product listings.

Header Toolbar Contents

On the header toolbar of the Product Listings page, the following options are available:

Item	Description
Page Title and Product Listing Count	This displays the name of the page that you are currently viewing and the number of product listings based on the current product listing filters.
My Company Page	Click this button to view and manage the My Company Page for your BPM.

Product Listing Filters

The following table shows available filters and their respective options that you can use to filter and quickly search for product listings:

Filter	Description
Category	Filter product listings by category. See Category.
Company	Filter product listings by its manufacturer. See Company.
Listing Type	Filter product listings by listing type. See Listing Type.
Families	Filter product listings by product family name or family number. See Families.
Product Types	Filter product listings by product type and its respective product properties, if any. See Product Types.
More Filters	Click this button to display the additional filters. See More Filters.
Edit Grouping & Sorting	Click this to display the Grouping and Sorting window which enables you to group and sort product listing cards on this page. See Grouping and Sorting Window.
Clear All	This option is available only after you select a filter. Click this to clear all filter selections including selections in the More Filters pane.

These filters apply in both card view and table view.

The filters are dynamic. When you select a value for a filter, other filters will show only the available options with respect to your current selection. For example, if you set Category to Ceilings, you can only select companies that have product listings under the Ceiling category in the Company filter. This behavior includes filters under More Filters.

Category Filter

For the Category filter, following options are available:

Filter Option	Description
Category	Click this button to display the Category dialog box.
Search Categories	This field enables you to select or specify a category by which to filter the product listings. This displays all your selected categories in individual pills. In this field, you can perform the following actions: To search for or specify a category, enter a category. To view available categories based on other existing filter selections (if any) and select a category, click (down arrow) in the Search Categories field and select a category from the list. To remove a selected category, click the x in the category pill.
Clear	Click this button to clear all selections.
Close	Click this button to filter by the selected categories and close the Category dialog box.

Company Filter

For the Company filter, following options are available:

Filter Option	Description
Company	Click this button to display the Company dialog box.
Search Companies	This field enables you to select or specify a company by which to filter the product listings. This displays all your selected companies in individual pills. The default value is your BPM. In this field, you can perform the following actions: To search for or specify a company, enter a company. To view available companies based on other existing filter selections (if any) and select a company, click (down arrow) in the Search Companies field and select a company from the list. To remove a selected company, click the x in the company pill.
Clear	Click this button to clear all selections.
Close	Click this button to filter by the selected companies and close the Company dialog box.

Listing Type Filter

For the Listing Type filter, following options are available:

Filter Option	Description
Listing Type	Click this button to display the Listing Type dialog box.
Listing Types	To filter the product listings, select one or multiple listing types. Checkboxes for the following listing types are available: Premium MasterSpec Premium Premium Proprietary Manufacturer
With Manufacturer Options	Select this option to filter the product listings based on only listings that include manufacturer options. Note: Manufacturer options are available only for product listings that have a listing type of Premium MasterSpec or Premium.
Clear	Click this button to clear all selections.
Close	Click this button to filter by the selected listing types and close the Listing Type dialog box.

Families Filter

For the Families filter, following options are available:

Filter Option	Description
Families	Click this button to display the Families dialog box.
Search Families	This field enables you to select or specify a family by which to filter the product listings. This displays all your selected families in individual pills. In this field, you can perform the following actions: To search for or specify a family, enter a family name or family number. To view available families based on other existing filter selections (if any) and select a family, click (down arrow) in the Search Families field and select a family from the list. This field displays all selected families in individual pills. To remove a selected family, click the x in the family pill.
Clear	Click this button to clear all selections.
Close	Click this button to filter by the selected families and close the Families dialog box.

Product Type Filter

For the Product Type filter, following options are available:

Filter Option	Description
Product Types	Click this button to display the Product Types dialog box.
Search Product Types	This field enables you to select or specify a product type by which to filter the product listings. The selected product types display in a list under this header and are organized by product family. In this field, you can perform the following actions: To search for or specify a product type, enter a product type. To view available product types based on other existing filter selections (if any) and select a product type, click (magnifying glass icon) in the field and select a product type from the list. To remove a selected product type, click the x beside the product type. To view the available properties of a product type, click the selected product type in list. You can click the available properties to further filter the product listings.
Clear Search	Click this button to clear all product type selections.
Select Your Properties	Select product properties by which to filter the product listings. These properties depend on the selected product type. This panel also displays the following information: The selected product type's product category and family The number of selected product properties
Clear Filters	Click this button to clear all product property selections.
Close	Click this button to filter by the selected product types and properties and close the Product Types dialog box.

More Filters

The following table shows the additional filters that you can use to filter and quickly search for product listings:

Filter	Description
Partnerships	Filter product listings by partner organizations with whom the A/E firm worked for the project. The following partnerships are available: BIMsmith Swatchbox ULE Sustainable Minds
Additional Content	Filter product listings by the content that a listing includes outside the standard product listing attributes in Specpoint. These are typically attached files. The following options are available: Product Catalog BIM Content Full Length Short Form
Date Range	Filter product listings by their publish date. You can filter product listings by whether they were published in The Last 6 Months or set a Custom Range.
State	Filter your BPM's product listings by the state that the product is in through its product submission process. The following options are available: Premium Review Premium Review - BPM Submitted Premium MasterSpec Review Premium MasterSpec Review - BPM Submitted Proprietary Review Proprietary Review - BPM Submitted Completed See Product Listing States. Note: For public access, only product listing cards with a State of Completed are available.
Status	Filter your BPM's product listings by whether they are Active or Inactive. When you select both options or make no selection, this page displays all active and inactive product listings. Note: For public access, only product listing cards with a Status of Active are available.
Clear Filters	Click this button to clear all filter selections in the More Filters pane and reset the Status filter to Active.
Close	Click this button to apply filter selections and close the More Filters pane.

Product Listing Options

Depending on the active view for the Product Listings page, the following options are available:

Option	Description
Export	This option is available only in table view. Click this button to export product listing data from your BPM's listings as a CSV or XLSX file.
Card	Click this button to shift the Product Listings page to card view.
Table	Click this button to shift the Product Listings page to table view.
Filter	This option is available only in table view. Click this button to show the filter fields for each column.
Settings	This option is available only in table view. Click this button to open the Table Settings window and customize the columns and groupings for the table. See Table Settings Window.

Product Listings (Card View)

In card view (), this section displays a list of product listings. The following items are available in the product listings list:

Item	Description
Groups	These groups organize product listings based on selected product listing parameters. When you use a group on the Product Listings page, group headers display above the listing cards that they are grouping. For multiple groups, different group headers display, one for each level of grouping. For more information, see Grouping and Sorting Window and Group Product Listings (Card View). Click a group header to expand or collapse it and show or hide product listings that are under the group.
Product Listings	These are the available product listings based on your filtering, sorting, and grouping configurations, if any. Product listings on this page display as product listing cards. For listings from other BPMs, you can only view Active and Completed product listings. For more information, see Product Listings and Product Listing Cards.

Product Listings (Table View)

In table view (), this section displays a table of product listings. Depending on your table settings, the following columns are available in the product listings table:

Column	Description
Family Name	This indicates the name of the family in which the product listing belongs. To filter product listings by family name, display filters and enter a family name in the filter field for this column.
Product Type Name	This indicates the product type in which the product listing belongs. To filter product listings by product type name, display filters and enter a product type name in the filter field for this column.
Company Full Name	This indicates the complete name of the building product manufacturer (BPM) company that owns the product listing. To filter product listings by company full name, display filters and enter a company's full name in the filter field for this column.
Category	This indicates the building product category in which the product listing belongs. To filter product listings by category, display filters and enter a category name in the filter field for this column.
Family Number	This indicates the element number of the family in which the product listing belongs. To filter product listings by family number, display filters and enter a family's element number in the filter field for this column.
Product Model Number	This indicates the model number of the product. To filter product listings by product model number, display filters and enter a model number in the filter field for this column.
Product Name	This indicates the name of the product. Click the product name to open the product listing on its Manage Listing page. To filter product listings by product name, display filters and enter a product name in the filter field for this column.
Listing Type	This indicates the listing type of the product listing. Listing types include Premium MasterSpec, Premium, Manufacturer, and Proprietary. To filter product listings by listing type, display filters and select a listing type in the filter field for this column.
Status	This indicates the status of the product listing: Active or Inactive. To filter product listings by status, display filters and select a status in the filter field for this column.
State	This indicates the state that the product is in through its product submission process. To filter product listings by state, display filters and select a state in the filter field for this column.
Company Display Name	This indicates the display name of the BPM company that owns the product listing. To filter product listings by company display name, display filters and enter a company's display name in the filter field for this column.
Company Name	This indicates the company name of the BPM company that owns the product listing. To filter product listings by company name, display filters and enter a company name in the filter field for this column.
Has Manufacturer Options	This indicates that the product listing includes manufacturer options, which are custom product properties. To filter product listings by availability of manufacturer options, display filters and select either True or False in the filter field for this column.
Last Updated	This indicates the date when the product listing was last updated. To filter product listings by date last updated, display filters and enter a date name in the filter field for this column.
Auto Generate	This indicates whether an automatically generated product specification document is available for the product listing. To filter product listings by availability of the product specification document, display filters and select either Can auto generate or Can't auto generate in the filter field for this column.
SA Product Type ID	This indicates the SpecAgent product type ID that applies to the product listing, if available. To filter product listings by SA product type ID, display filters and enter a SpecAgent product type ID in the filter field for this column.
Swatchbox	This indicates the Swatchbox partnership resource for the product listing, if available. To filter product listings by Swatchbox partnerships, display filters and enter a Swatchbox resource name or link in the filter field for this column.
Sustainable Minds	This indicates the Sustainable Minds partnership resource for the product listing, if available. To filter product listings by Sustainable Minds partnerships, display filters and enter a Sustainable Minds resource name or link in the filter field for this column.
ULE	This indicates the ULE partnership resource for the product listing, if available. To filter product listings by ULE partnerships, display filters and enter a ULE resource name or link in the filter field for this column.
Clear All	Click this button to clear all entries and selections in all filter fields in all columns.

To sort the table by a column, click its table column header. Clicking a column toggles the sorting by unsorted, ascending (), and descending () order.
