Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Photos and Videos

On the Manage Listing page, use this portion to view photos and videos of a product. Each product can only have a maximum of 10 uploaded photos or linked videos.

As a BPM administrator, add photos and videos to your product listing to assist in the product selection process. You can use edit mode and the product's photo and video upload window to upload/link, delete, and arrange the product's photos and videos.
