Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Product Photo and Video Upload Window

Use the contents of this window to manage the photos and videos of your BPM's product.

Navigate to the following contents:

Contents

The following general options are available in this window:

Item Description
Window Title This displays the following label for this window: "Upload or add url for your:"
Photos Display the contents of the Photo tab to upload photos of the product listing.
Videos Display the contents of the Videos tab to link videos of the product listing from a third-party platform.
Gallery Display the contents of the Gallery tab to delete and rearrange photos as well as set a default photo.
Save Save all changes that you made in all three tabs.

Photos

This tab contains the file/image upload utility which you can use to upload photos of the product from your local storage or third-party storage platforms.

Videos

On this tab, the following options are available:

Option Description
Videos This lists the links of the videos for the product listing.
Add YouTube or Vimeo link here Enter or paste a link of a video of the product listing that you uploaded to either YouTube or Vimeo.
Add New Video Add a new video link to the product listing. This creates a new Add YouTube or Vimeo link here field at the end of the list.

This button is not available when the product listing has 10 photos and/or videos in its gallery.

The following options are available for each video in the Videos list:

Field or Button Description
Video Link This displays the link of the video. You can update this video link by entering new text or pasting a new link.
Delete Icon Each video in the list has its respective delete icon.

Click to delete the respective linked video from the product listing.

Gallery

On this tab, the following options are available:

Tab Description
Photos and Videos List This lists photos and videos of the product listing. This list can only have a maximum of 10 photos or videos.

You can use this list to manage the product's photos and videos such as deleting or arranging photos and videos.

The following options are available for each photo or video in the Photo and Videos list:

Field or Button Description
Photo/Video Preview This displays a thumbnail or preview of the photo or video.
Photo File Name or Video Link This displays the file name of the product's photo or the link of the video.

Click the file name of the product's photo to view the photo or link of the video to view the video on its original platform.

Delete Icon Each photo or video in the list has its respective delete icon.

Click to delete the respective photo or video from the product listing.

Default This indicates that the first photo of the list is the default photo. The default photo is the photo that initially displays in a large size in the main pane on the Manage Listing page and the initial photo on a product listing card.
