Product Listing Parameters
These parameters indicate characteristics of a product listing that describe, define, and categorize the product within Specpoint and within project specifications for which A/E firms specify the product.
Specpoint encourages you to include accurate, up-to-date product listing information for it to contribute to the intelligent product selection of firms within the platform as well as with data provided to the AECO community. Specpoint displays the parameters that you specify for your product listing in various areas on the platform. This enables users in and outside of your BPM firm, especially design professionals from A/E firms, to learn more about the product listing and understand its context.
In Specpoint for A/E firms, product listing parameters aid design professionals in correctly specifying product listings for their project specifications, both through manual product selection and through the platform's design automation.
