Roles Permissions Tab

Use this tab to view or manage the permissions for all PPM products installed in your machine.

Selecting this tab displays subtabs for the installed PPM products. Each sub-tab has a tree view of securable items, which you can expand or collapse. You can define whether a securable item should be enabled and/or visible for users and group assigned the selected role.

Note: When a PPM product is not installed, the corresponding product sub-tab and its securable items do not display.
Field Description
Open Plan Select this tab to define permissions that a user or group must have to access the options within the Open Plan application.
Cobra Select this tab to define permissions that a user or group must have to access the options within the Cobra application.
PM Compass Select this tab to define permissions that a user or group must have to access the options within the PM Compass application.
wInsight Analytics Select this tab to define permissions that a user or group must have to access the options within the wInsight Analytics application.
Acumen Touchstone Select this tab to define permissions that a user or group must have to access the options within the Acumen Touchstone application.

Click the + New Role button to add a role.
