Groups Open Plan Tab

Use this tab to define permissions that a group must have to access the options within the Open Plan application.

You can define whether an item should be enabled and/or visible for the members of the group. When you enable the parent item, all its child items are also enabled by default. However, you can define the permissions for each menu item individually. In addition, you have the option to display all items by clicking Expand All or hide all child items by clicking Collapse All at the upper portion of the form.

• Select the Visible option to make the item visible to the group.
• Select the Enabled option to allow the group to use the menu item or perform the corresponding action.

File

This level of the Open Plan hierarchy controls the permissions that are granted to the group for files. For more information, see .

Integration

Tools

This level of the Open Plan hierarchy controls the permissions that are granted to the group for application-wide items on the Tools menu. For more information, see .

Project Templates

This item controls whether the members of the group can create and delete project templates.
