Create an Enquiry

When you receive an enquiry for a prospective project, you can create a project enquiry record in PIM to help you to manage it.

To create an enquiry:

  1. Navigate to the Activity Zone.
  2. In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter Add Enquiry.
  3. Click the Add Enquiry link that displays on the page.
  4. On the Add Enquiry window, enter the enquiry details, key dates, and the main address.
    All mandatory fields are highlighted in red.
  5. Optional: Under Classifications, click for any classification types that you want to assign to the enquiry.
    Classifications define the type and scope of a project enquiry, such as classes, regions, sectors, and so on.
  6. Click OK.
