Managing Contacts on an Enquiry
When you create an enquiry for a prospective project, you can plan ahead and add both internal and external people who you think will work on the project.
Only contacts that you add to an enquiry can view the enquiry and all related information, such as documents and emails. For each contact that you add to an enquiry, you can assign them a specific project role.
