You can plan ahead and add the organizations that will work on a project if the project is approved. These can be internal organizations, and external organizations, such as the client's organization, and the organizations of any subcontractors. When you link an organization with an enquiry, you can then add contacts from those organizations to the enquiry. For each organization, you can assign a role on the project.
