Customer Employee Assignment and Activity Status

Use this report to help you identify customers that may need more attention.

The report shows you whether an employee is assigned to a customer in a particular role and when this customer was last contacted. Color coding is used to indicate if the assigned employee is active and the length of time since the last activity.
