Use the General tab to select report options for the
Customer Employee Assignment and Activity Status report.

Field | Description |
Report Name
|
Use this field to rename the report. By default, this field contains the report name.

Create Activity
|
Use this check box to open the Activity dialog box when you click
Preview or
Email/Schedule on the
Customer Reporting toolbar. Use the Activity dialog box to schedule activities, add attendees, associate contacts and leads with activities, and perform other activity-related tasks for the report.

Employee Relationship
|
Use this drop-down field to select a relationship in the
Customer/Employee association grid. The report displays the employee name assigned to the
customer with the selected relationship.

Relationship Indicators
|
Use this section to assign a color for the following employee categories:
- Active Employee Assigned — Use this drop-down field to select a color that will be used to highlight the name of active employees that are linked to the
customer with the selected relationship. Light green is the default option that is selected for this field.
- Inactive or Terminated Employee Assigned — Use this drop-down field to select a color that will be used to highlight the name of inactive employees that are linked to the
customer with the selected relationship. Yellow is the default option that is selected for this field.
- No Employee Assigned — Use this drop-down field to select a color that will be used to highlight the field if there is no employee assigned to the
customer with the selected relationship at all. Light coral is the default option that is selected for this field.

Activity Time Frame Indicators

Use this section to select the time frame used as a basis for the report and assign a color for the corresponding time frames:
- Less than or Equal to — Use these fields to configure the time frame that will be used to generate the report and the color that will be used to highlight those that are less than or equal to the selected time frame. This option includes a number field, a time frame drop-down field (Days,
Weeks,
Months, or
Years), and a color drop-down field.
- In Between — Use this field to select the color that will be used to highlight this time frame in the report. If the last activity from the selected types is between the selected time frames, then the activity date will be highlighted with this color.
- Greater than or Equal to — Use these fields to configure the time frame that will be used to generate the report and the color that will be used to highlight those that are greater than or equal to the selected time frame. Like the
Less than or Equal to field, this option includes a number field, a time frame drop-down field (Days,
Weeks,
Months, or
Years), and a color drop-down field. By default, 6 Months and Light Coral are selected.

Included Activities Grid
|
Use this grid to select the activities that will be included in the report as the last and next activities. For example, you may want to exclude communications that were not personal communications, like a mass email.
