Customer Employee Assignment and Activity Status Columns

The report columns contains the following standard set of columns.

Field Description
Customer Name This column displays the name of the customer.
Customer Number This column displays the customer identifier.
Market This column displays the market (type) of customer (for example, Commercial, Government, or Non-Profit).
Assigned Employee This column displays the employee that is assigned to the customer with the selected relationship. The employee name is highlighted with the color that you selected on the General tab. The highlight will not work if this column is not selected.
Last Activity Date This column displays the date when the last activity was conducted. If there are no activity records for the activity types that were selected on the Included Activities grid on the General tab for this customer, then this column is highlighted with the color that was selected on the Greater than or Equal to option on the General tab.
Status This column displays the status of your relationship with the customer: Active, Dormant, or Inactive.
Relationship This column displays your relationship with the customer (for example, Consultant, Prospective, or Existing).
Next Scheduled Activity This column displays the date and owner of the next scheduled activity based on the selected activity types on the Included Activities grid on the General tab.
Row Count This column displays the total number of detail lines for each group, based on the sorting and grouping selections on the Sorting/Grouping tab. If the report groups data at more than one level, this column displays row counts for all grouping levels.
Is Customer This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the customer record is classified as a customer in terms of contracts or opportunities.

GovWin Capture Management classifies the customer as Customer, Vendor/Partner, Both, or Neither based on the settings on the Contract tab of the Customer Info Center and the Opportunities tab of the Customer Info Center.

Is Vendor/Partner This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the customer record is classified as a vendor/partner in terms of contracts or opportunities.

GovWin Capture Management classifies the customer as Customer, Vendor/Partner, Both, or Neither based on the settings on the Contract tab of the Customer Info Center and the Opportunities tab of the Customer Info Center.

Competitor This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the customer is a competitor.
Government Agency This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the customer is a government agency.
Linked Vendor/Partner This column displays the name of the vendor/partner linked to the customer, if such a link exists. This column is blank if Is Vendor/Partner contains N.

If you preview the report, the vendor/partner names in this column are links. Click the link to display the vendor/partner record in a separate window.

Website This column displays the customer's Web site address (for example, http://www.deltek.com).
Customer Create User This column displays the user ID of the person who created the customer record in the Customer Info Center.
Customer Create Date This column displays the date on which the customer record was created.
Customer Modify User This column displays the user ID of the person who most recently modified the customer record.
Customer Modify Date This column displays the date on which the customer record was most recently modified.
Concatenated Primary Address This column displays the customer's primary street address, city, state, and zip code. The report shows this information in a single column.
Primary Address Description This column displays the description of the customer's primary address (for example, Company Headquarters, Main Office, or Northeast Office).
Primary Address 1- 4 Primary Address 1 displays the customer's name.

Primary Address 2, Primary Address 3, and Primary Address 4 display the customer's primary address information (street name and number, suite number, postal box number, and so on).

Primary City This column displays the city from the customer's primary address.
Primary State This column displays the two-character abbreviation for the state from the customer's primary address.
Primary Zip This column displays the zip code from the customer's primary address.
Primary Country This column displays the country from the customer's primary address.
Primary Phone This column displays the phone number at the customer's primary address.
Primary Fax This column displays the fax number at the customer's primary address.
Primary Tax Reg. # This column displays the tax registration number for the customer's primary address.
Primary Tax Country Code This column displays the tax country code for the customer's primary address.
Primary Address Create User This column displays the user ID of the person who created the primary address in the customer record.
Primary Address Create Date This column displays the date on which the primary address was created in the customer record.
Primary Address Modify User This column displays the user ID of the person who most recently modified the primary address.
Primary Address Modify Date This column displays the date on which the primary address was most recently modified.
Concatenated Billing Address This column displays the customer's billing street address, city, state, and zip code. The report shows this information in a single column.
Billing Address Description This column displays the description of the customer's primary address (for example, Company Headquarters, Main Office, or Billing Office).
Billing Address 1-4 Billing Address 1 displays the customer's name.

Billing Address 2, Billing Address 3, and Billing Address 4 display the customer's billing address information (street name and number, suite number, postal box number, and so on).

Billing City This column displays the city from the customer's billing address.
Billing State This column displays the two-character abbreviation for the state from the customer's billing address.
Billing Zip This column displays the zip code from the customer's billing address.
Billing Country This column displays the country from the customer's billing address.
Billing Phone This column displays the phone number at the customer's billing address.
Billing Fax This column displays the fax number at the customer's billing address.
Billing Tax Reg. # This column displays the tax registration number for the customer's billing address.
Billing Tax Country Code This column displays the tax country code for the customer's billing address.
Billing Address Create User This column displays the user ID of the person who created the billing address in the customer record.
Billing Address Create Date This column displays the date on which the billing address was created in the customer record.
Billing Address Modify User This column displays the user ID of the person who most recently modified the billing address.
Billing Address Modify Date This column displays the date on which the billing address was most recently modified.
Memo This column displays the text entered in the Notes field on the General tab of the Customer Info Center.
Promo. Contract Total Contract Cost This column displays the contract's total cost for a promotional contract.
Promo. Contract Firm Cost This column displays the firm's total cost for a promotional contract.
Opportunity Est. Revenue This column displays the estimated revenue that you expect to earn from the opportunity.
Opportunity Probability This column displays the probability that the opportunity will become a contract. For example, if that probability is 80%, this column contains 80.
Opportunity Weighted Revenue This column displays the weighted revenue for the opportunity: Estimated Revenue x Probability.
Opportunity Days Open This column displays the number of days the opportunity has been open.
Disadvantaged Business This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is a disadvantaged business.
Small Business This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is a small business.
Veteran Owned This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is a small business that is owned by a veteran.
Service Disabled Veteran Owned This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is a small business that is owned by a disabled veteran.
Minority Owned This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is a minority business.
Woman Owned This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is a business owned by a woman.
HBCU or Minority Institution This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is an historically black college or university (HBCU).
Alaska Native This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is an Alaskan Native.
HUB Zone This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the vendor/partner is part of the HUB Zone program for small businesses.
8 (a) This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the vendor/partner is part of the 8 (a) business development program for small and disadvantaged businesses.
Specialty If the customer is classified as a vendor/partner, this column contains the vendor/partner specialty (for example, Industrial, Retail, or Municipal).
Prior Work This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is classified as a vendor/partner and has done work for your firm in the past.
Recommend This column contains a Y or N (yes or no) to indicate whether or not the customer is classified as a vendor/partner, has done work for your firm in the past, and is recommended for future work.
Specialty Description If the customer is classified as a vendor/partner, this column contains additional information about that firm's specialty.
Activity - Completed The activity can be Pending or Completed.
Activity -Type This column displays the activity type (for example, Phone Call, Meeting, or Email).
Activity - Subject This column displays a brief description of the activity (for example, Initial Consultation, Planning Meeting, Customer Lunch, or Follow-up Visit).
Activity - Primary Contact This column displays the name of the primary contact associated with the activity.
Activity - Start Date This column displays the date and time that the activity is scheduled to begin.
Activity - Priority This column displays the priority ranking that indicates the relative importance of individual activities: High, Medium, or Low.
Activity - Owner This column displays the name of the employee who is responsible for the activity.
Activity - Customer This column displays the name of the customer contact associated with the activity.
Activity - Contact Bus. Phone This column displays the customer contact's work telephone number.
Activity - Vendor/Partner This column displays the name of the vendor/partner associated with the activity.
Activity - Vendor/Partner Contact This column displays the name of the vendor/partner contact associated with the activity.
Activity - Vendor/Partner Contact Phone This column displays the vendor/partner contact's work telephone number.
Activity - Opportunity This column displays the name of the opportunity associated with the activity.
Activity - Contract This column displays the name of the contract associated with the activity.
Activity - Marketing Campaign This column displays the marketing campaign associated with the activity.
Activity - Lead This column displays the lead associated with the activity.
Activity - Location This column displays the location where the activity occurred or will occur.
Activity - Notes This column displays additional text that describes the activity.
Annual Revenue

This column displays the annual revenue of the vendor/partner.

Employee Count This column displays the number of employees of the vendor/partner.
