Customer Reports Overview

On customer reports you can review business addresses and contact phone numbers, as well as information about the contracts and opportunities associated with each customer. You can also set up and print customer mailing labels.

  • Customer Audit
    The Customer Audit report shows the user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Customer Info Center. If a customer record is deleted, the name of the customer is blank wherever that customer is listed on the report.
  • Customer Audit Detail
    The Customer Audit Detail report shows original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Customer Info Center. If a customer record is deleted, the name of the customer is blank if that customer is listed in the report.
  • Customer List
    The Customer List provides a listing of your Customers from the Customer Info Center. You can select other columns for the report to add a variety of other customer information.
  • Customer Mailing Labels
    You can print customer mailing labels on a selection of standard Avery labels. You can also print mailing labels on labels that require other formatting.
  • Customer Summary
    The Customer Summary report shows all information entered in the Customer Info Center, including user-defined fields. The information is grouped into default sections, but you can also create user-defined sections.
  • Customer Employee Assignment and Activity Status
    Use this report to help you identify customers that may need more attention.
