Use this screen to maintain information about an employee's exit interview. Use the pushbuttons at the bottom of the screen to open various subtasks that correspond to different sections of the exit interview form. With these subtasks, you can review additional information on the exiting employee and his security and property status, leave, and compensation and benefits. You can also enter information on any amounts the exiting employee owes the company and will pay back after the exit interview and review employee/employer comments on the termination. You must be licensed to run Costpoint Human Resources in order to use this application.
Maintain this screen any time after establishing exit interview forms.
Use the fields in this group box to identify the employee whose exit interview you want to review, the effective date of the interview, and the exit interview form that is used.
Enter the date, in "MM/DD/YYYY" format, of the exit interview.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ID for the employee whose record you want to review. The employee's name displays to the right of this required field.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ID for the exit interview form. The description of the exit interview form displays to the right. This is a required field.
These non-editable fields display the code and description of the personnel action associated with this exit interview. Establish personnel action codes in the Personnel Actions screen in Costpoint Personnel.
The responsible persons can use this group box to sign off on the exit interview form.
Enter your initials for approval if the form is being completed online.
Enter the approval date.
Use this pushbutton to open the Section I - Employee Information subtask of the exit interview form, which includes employee information.
Use this pushbutton to open the Section II - Security and Property subtask of the exit interview form, which includes security and property information.
Use this pushbutton to open the Section III - Compensation and Benefits subtask of the exit interview form, which includes compensation and benefits information.
Select this pushbutton to open the Section IV - Leave subtask of the exit interview form, which includes employee leave information.
Select this pushbutton to open the Section V - Amount Owed subtask of the exit interview form, which includes information on amounts the employee owes to the company.
Select this pushbutton to open the Section VI - Comments subtask of the exit interview form, which includes employer/employee comments.
