Use this screen to review historical billing information without having to obtain copies of the bills. This feature is available only for standard bills that have been posted. You can review summary information, including project, customer, and invoice data, for each bill. You can also "drill-down" to further review information on the header, address, and the detail bill lines as well as the individual transactions that comprise the totals for each line.
All subtask information is accessed via the initial screen, which contains the summary information. Using the Subquery function, you can select bills based on fiscal year, period, customer, project, invoice, or program manager. No data can be changed on these screens.
Before a bill can be viewed in this inquiry screen, it must have been posted. Information on these screens is drawn primarily from the Billing Invoice Header History (BILL_INVC_HDR_HS) and the Billing Detail History (BILLING_DETL_HIST) tables both of which are populated by the Post Standard Bills screen (Projects » Billing » Post Billings).
If you want to narrow the rows shown in the table window to a specific fiscal year, select that fiscal year before executing the inquiry. The only fiscal years shown are those that have activity in the data tables. If you do not select a fiscal year, all fiscal years that have rows in the data tables will be shown.
If you want to narrow the rows shown in the table window to a specific period, select that period before executing the inquiry. The only periods shown are those that have activity in the data tables. If you do not select a period, all periods that have rows in the data tables will be shown.

If you want to inquire on a specific project, select that project using , or enter the project. If you want to inquire on a range of projects, use the Subquery function to select them. If a single project is selected, its descriptive name appears in the field next to the project field.

The table window displays the billing information result set based on the parameters entered in the screen header. The information is listed by fiscal year and period.
Data displays in the table window when you click the Execute icon on the toolbar, which then enables the Match icon on the toolbar. If you click the Match icon and then click the Execute icon, the fields from the first row automatically populate the screen header fields. Alternately, if you highlight a specific row in the table window, click the Match icon, then click the Execute icon, the fields from the highlighted row will populate the screen header fields, and the columns will not be visible in the table window.
