Version an Asset Outside a Review

You can create a version of an Asset outside a Review. When you version an Asset, ConceptShare notifies reviewers so they can give feedback, add comments, or approve the Review.

To version an Asset outside a Review:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
3. On the Projects dashboard, click a Project, and click the Assets tab.
4. Click the chevron of the Asset you want to version, and click Version.
5. To upload Assets, do one of the following:
   • To upload new Assets from your machine, click Select Files, and browse to the folder of Assets that you want to add.
   • To upload Asset from the web, click Web Content Screenshots. Enter the title and URL, and click Add Webpages.
     Note: ConceptShare will retain any name, description, tag/s, custom forms, or settings that were on the original Asset, but you can modify these details.
6. Apply watermark on the Asset. Select the Apply Watermark checkbox, and either use the pre-configured text or enter new text.
7. Click Add.
