Version an Asset Inside a Review

You can version an Asset while the Review Builder is open. When you version an Asset, ConceptShare notifies the reviewers so they can give feedback, add comments, or approve the versioned Asset.

To version an Asset inside a Review:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
3. On the Projects dashboard, click a Project, and click the Reviews tab.
4. On the Reviews screen, select the checkbox to the left of a Review, and click Edit from the toolbar.
   Alternatively, right-click a Review, and select Edit.
5. In the Assets to Review section of the Review Builder, hover over the Asset that you want to version, and click Version Asset .
6. To upload an Asset, do one of the following:
   • To upload an Asset from your machine, click Browse to Add Assets , select a file or files, and click Open.
   • To upload an Asset from a webpage, click Add Web Content Capture . Enter the URL, and click OK.
   Alternatively, click and drag the new Asset version onto ConceptShare and drop it over the previous Asset version. The new Asset version will stack itself on top of the previous Asset version.

   Note: You have the option to undo the new Asset versioning until you click Save.
7. Apply watermark on the Asset. In the New Asset Details section, select the Apply Watermark checkbox, and either use the pre-configured text or enter new text.
   Note: If watermark is not applied when versioning an Asset, there is no correction available. Either delete the full Asset stack with feedback, or version the Asset again; the previous version will not be watermarked when viewed.
8. Click Save and Close.
