Manage User Preferences

You can customize your settings for the Proofing Workspace, date and time format, notifications, and asset render options. The ability to view or edit your account settings depends on your account role, which is established by your account administrator. Check with your account administrator for additional permissions.

You must be an Account Administrator. If you are using a custom Account role, it must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:
  • Allow users to manage their own preferences and settings on the Account

To manage user preferences:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. At the top right of the screen next to your name, click the chevron chevron > Preferences.
  3. On the Preferences page, scroll through the list and make the necessary changes.

  4. Click Save.
