Feedback Summary (Asset-Level)

A feedback summary provides a snapshot of the feedback that occurred on an asset. Depending on your permissions, you can customize the details included in the report.

You can generate a feedback summary at the asset level. It will include the relevant comments and information that are specific to an asset. Use the report to track the requested and executed changes to an asset.

The asset-level feedback summary includes the following information:

• General comments
• Previous asset versions
• Review information
• Upload information
• Custom form information
  Important: Project Templates are available only in the Enterprise Edition of ConceptShare.
• Folder path information

Note: You can select which piece of information to include in your feedback summary. For information about the fields and options, see the Asset section of the Feedback Summary Settings.

Feedback Summary: File Naming Convention

ConceptShare automatically names your Feedback Summary file based on the level at which you generated it.
