Creating Projects
From the Projects dashboard, you can create Projects to group and organize your Assets and Reviews.
Projects Dashboard
The Projects dashboard displays the Projects that you have permission to view. Depending on your permissions, you can create, modify, archive/unarchive, or delete Projects from the dashboard.
Area | Button/Action | Description |

Toolbar
Perform actions on a single Project or across multiple Projects.
Restriction: Some actions require specific permissions.

Add | Click this button to create a Project. For more information, see Creating Projects. |
Edit | Click this button to make changes to the details of a Project. | |
Open | Click this button to view the contents and settings of the Project in tab format. Depending on your permissions and how your ConceptShare account is set up, the following tabs display:

Create Feedback Summary | Click this button to generate a Feedback Summary of a Project. For more information, see Project-Level Feedback Summary. | |
Archive /Unarchive | Use these buttons to archive or unarchive a Project.
Note: These actions are applicable to multiple Project selection.
Tip: You can use the Filter panel to make archived Projects visible.

Delete | Click this button to delete the Project and all of its contents from ConceptShare.
CAUTION: This action cannot be undone.

Menu | Click this button to access more options to update Project statuses and phases.
Note: This action is applicable to multiple Project selection.

Refresh | Click this button to reload the page. | |
Columns
Tip: Click any column (except Selection) header to sort items in ascending or descending order.

Archived Projects | This column indicates if a Project is archived, as denoted by this icon
.
Note: This column is visible only to users with Project archival permissions.

Selection | Use this column to select multiple Projects.
Select the column header to select all Projects on the dashboard. |

Name | This column displays the Project name. | |
Due Date | If specified in the Project details, the due date is displayed under this column. | |
Phase | This column displays the phase (deprecated) of the Project, if specified. | |
Status | This column displays the status of the Project. For more information, see the Status field of the New Project Dialog. | |
Owner | This column displays the name of the Project owner. | |
Created | This column displays the creation date of the Project. | |
Filter Panel
Use the Filter panel to refine your searches. |
Search | Use the search bar to filter Projects using keywords. You can enter all or part of the Project name, owner's name, description, and tag. |
Created Date | Use the calendar to filter Projects based on the creation date. | |
Due Date | Use the calendar to filter Projects based on the due date. | |
Status | Use this field to filter results based on Project status. The options are:

Show Archived Projects | Use this checkbox to make archived Projects visible on the Project dashboard.
Note: Archived items are displayed in gray text.

Clear All | Use this option to reset your selection. |
