Project Templates

Use project templates to quickly create projects without the need to enter repetitive data. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare.

Important: Project Templates are available only in the Enterprise Edition of ConceptShare.

Project templates automatically populate a number of settings in the New Project Dialog box. Create projects with pre-populated information such as:

• Project names, which adhere to a product naming convention your organization recommends
• Project description, which follow a format your organization recommends
• Tags, which makes projects easily searchable
• Project owners, who are responsible for initiating the projects, contracting it out, and tracking its outputs
