Project Archival
Project archival allows you to hide Projects and any related contents from view in ConceptShare while also allowing you to restore them at any time. It helps minimize visual clutter without losing data and prevents users from inadvertently making changes to inactive or completed Projects.
Instead of deleting completed Projects from ConceptShare, Account Administrators and users with appropriate access can perform Project Archival. When you archive a Project, it becomes hidden from searches and user views. Any notifications referencing it are not sent.
Archived Projects are inaccessible from the following areas:
- Activity feeds
- Global search
- Projects dashboard
- Smart Folders
Remember: When a Project is archived, it is not removed from ConceptShare nor will archiving a Project impact your total storage allocation.
You can restore/unarchive a Project at any time to make it accessible again to users.
Limitations
- You cannot use Project Archival in Jira-integrated accounts.
- Archived Projects can only be queried in the GetProjectList or unarchived via API; all other calls are not available.
