Add a Watermarked Asset Outside a Review

You can upload watermarked Assets in ConceptShare via the Assets tab.

Before you can apply watermark on an Asset, ensure that the following setting is set to Yes:

• Allow assets to have watermark protection

For instructions, see Enable Watermark Protection on Assets.

Also, this task assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to upload Assets.

To add a watermarked Asset outside a Review:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
3. On the Projects dashboard, click a Project, and click the Assets tab.
4. On the Assets screen, click Upload new assets .
5. In the Add Assets dialog box, do one of the following:
   • To upload an Asset from your machine, click Select Files..., select a file or files, and click Open.
   • Drag and drop an Asset from your machine to the Add Assets pane.
6. In the Settings section of the Add Assets dialog box, select the Apply Watermark checkbox.
7. In the text field, use the pre-configured text or enter new text.
8. Click Add.
