Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Navigation Pane Overview

The Navigation pane, located on the left-hand side of the interface, provides access to your Home page, and any project spaces you are a member of. You can also search for content, and find people within your network. If you are an administrator, you can also manage your accounts.

The following links are available on the Navigation pane:

Navigation Link Description
Home Navigate to your Home page to view all conversations across all spaces you are a member of. This link is only displayed when you are viewing a project space.
Spaces Navigate to a project space that you are a member of.
Search Search for conversations, documents, attachments, and comments. To search across all spaces you are a member of, you must be viewing your Home page. Alternatively, to limit the search to a single space, you must first navigate to the space that you want to search.
People Find and view details of the people in your network.
Accounts Manage your accounts. This option is available to administrators only.
