Generate a Report

You can generate a number of reports to help you to manage an account. You can report on spaces, space members, account members, and account guests.

You must be an account administrator.

To generate a report:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Accounts.
  2. Click the account that you want to manage.
  3. Click the Reports tab.
  4. Click Generate Report for the report that you want to generate.
    The following reports are available:
    Report Description
    Space Information Use this report to review information about all spaces that are associated with an account, such as ownership, amount of content, the number of members and guests, and so on.
    Member Information Use this report to review information about all members that are associated with an account, such as when they joined, where they are participating, and an overview of their activity.
    Space Member Information Use this report to review information about all space members that are associated with an account, such as their email addresses, user types, organizations, and the spaces in which they are members.
    Account Guest Use this report to review information about all guests that are associated with an account, such as their email addresses, organizations, and the spaces in which they are guests.
    You receive a notification in your Global Notifications when the report is ready.
  5. Click the report title in the notification to download the report to your PC.
