Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Global Notifications

View invitations and updates to spaces you are a member of through your global notifications.

Your global notifications notify you of any updates to spaces you are a member of, and when you are invited to join other spaces. Click in the top-right of any page to access your global notifications. If a number is displayed on the global notifications icon, for example , this indicates the number of new notifications you have. Some examples of global notifications are described in the table below, along with the available actions.

Notification Available Actions
Your Deltek Collaboration account password will expire tomorrow. Click your user name or profile picture to open your profile, and then click Change next to Password.
An invitation to join a space Click Accept to join the space, or Decline to decline the invitation.
Any notification relating to a space Click the space title to navigate to it.
Any notification relating to a conversation Click the conversation title to navigate to it.
Any notification relating to a document Click the document title to navigate to it.
Any notification relating to a report Click the report title to download it.
