Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export Project Space Data

You can export data from a project space to HTML format for offline viewing and record keeping. You choose what data to export, including general and document conversations, attachments, and documents.

To export project space data:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Accounts.
  2. Click the account that you want to manage.
  3. Click the Spaces tab.
  4. Click > Export Options for the project space from which you want to export data.
  5. In the Export Options dialog box, use the Export as list to select the member that you want export data as.
    Any data for which the selected user does not have access is not included in the export.
  6. From the Maximum size per zip file list, select the maximum size for each ZIP file that is created for export.
    If the project space contains a lot of data, multiple ZIP files are likely to be created for you to download. This option allows you to specify the maximum size of each ZIP file.
  7. Select the data types that you want to export.
    The following options are available:

    General Conversations Select this option to export all general conversations and any associated notes.
    Document Conversations Select this option to export all document conversations and any associated notes.
    Attachments Select this option to export all files that are linked to conversations.
    Documents Select this option to export all documents and all document details.

    When you select this option, you can choose to export only the latest revisions of documents, or all revisions.

    To export all file types for each document, select Include All File Types. To export only the primary file type for each document, clear this option.

  8. Click Export.
    When the data export is ready for you to download, you receive an email with instructions on how to download the file(s). The main HTML file to use for viewing the project space in a browser is Export Report.html.
    Note: The ZIP files are available to download for 7 days. If you do not download the files within this time frame, you can run the export again.
