Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export All Comments of a Conversation

You can export all comments of a conversation to a HTML file for offline viewing. This includes general conversations, and conversations linked to documents. Any attachments linked to a conversation are also exported, and saved to a separate folder within the ZIP file.

To export all comments of a conversation:

  1. Navigate to your Home page or to the Conversations page of the project space.
  2. In the last column of the conversation for which you want to export comments, click > Export Comments.
    You receive a notification in your Global Notifications when the ZIP file is ready.
  3. To download the ZIP file to your PC, click the link in the notification.
