Step 2: Choose what to sync from Simple CRM

Not available in ajeraCore or ajeraCore + add-ons

Before you begin

To choose which companies to sync

  1. Open Simple CRM.
  2. Verify the integration to Ajera is turned on in Utilities > Integration > Ajera.
  3. Navigate to the company.
  4. Check the Ajera Sync check box in the row of the company you want to sync.
Note: You can select more than 5 contacts to sync per project, but only 5 will be attached to the project.
  1. Click Save.

The next time the service runs, it will sync.

To choose which company contacts to sync

  1. Open Simple CRM.
  2. Verify the integration to Ajera is turned on in Utilities > Integration > Ajera.
  3. Navigate to the company contacts.
  4. Check the Ajera Sync check box in the row of the company contact you want to sync.

  1. Click Save.
