What does the Ajera CRM/CRM Plus integration do?Ajera and Ajera CRM provide a seamless flow of information, giving you complete visibility throughout the life of your projects. The integration helps your firm:
Project information is sent back to CRM when the project is created in CRM. Employees are also sent from Ajera to CRM. The Projects tab on the Employees hub will be updated during the sync with projects that an employee has entered time. In addition, CRM Plus sends over Budget, Revenue, and Ajera project totals to CRM which is available in dashparts in Vantagepoint and available as tabs in the Project hub in Ajera CRM and DPS.
Business development information such as Pursuit Probability, Stage Step, and Won/Loss Date are synced from Vantagepoint to the % Chance of Winning and Final Disposition fields in Ajera.
You can start a project in Ajera and select to create that project in CRM through the sync process. This allows you to create a Vantagepoint CRM project from Ajera for those projects that do not start as an opportunity.
Consultant vendors are set up as Vendor type Firms in CRM Plus. This requires that Vendors and Clients in Ajera be two separate Firms in CRM Plus. Relationship between Ajera and Ajera CRM/CRM Plus informationThe integration syncs Ajera CRM/CRM Plus contact, client, and project information with Ajera project information. In order to sync information correctly, the process creates a relationship between (or maps) corresponding information in both applications. If the item already exists, a duplicate item is not created. The map will create a relationship between the existing Ajera item and the Ajera CRM information. During the sync, records that exist on the mapping table but no longer exist in CRM will be removed from the mapping table. The integration will also keep information for clients and contacts up to date as changes are made in Ajera CRM/CRM Plus or Ajera. Changes are automatically updated in Ajera in the next sync. Project information is synced from Ajera to CRM for the life of the project. Employee information is synced from Ajera to Ajera CRM/CRM Plus. Vendor information is synced from Ajera to CRM Plus. If a Vendor type Firm already exists in CRM, a duplicate Firm is not created. Instead, the map will create a relationship between the existing Ajera vendor and CRM Firm. This requires that Vendors and Clients in Ajera be two separate Firms in CRM Plus. Consultant vendor invoices distributed to projects are sent back to CRM Plus to the Team Tab, Firms grid in the Project Hub, aAnd to the Associates tab in the Firm Hub.
