Using multi-company in CRM

If you use multi-company in Ajera, follow the steps below to set up the companies in CRM.

To setup multi-company in CRM

  1. In CRM set up Organization Level 1 to equal Ajera companies.
  2. Set up an Org level 1 for each company in Ajera.
  3. Enter the Org Code assigned to the Organization in CRM in the FIELDNAME in the integration setup.
