Projects Access Control Tab

- The project owner
- A member of the SYSADMIN group

If you leave this field set to <Default Template>, Touchstone uses the email template selected in the Default Email Footer Template field on the Email Footer Template tab in . If you do not select a default template on the Email Footer Template tab, the emails will not contain a footer. You can create the custom email footer templates using the options on the Email Footer Template tab. |
Access Control List
Use this grid to assign access to individual users and to groups.
When you add a user or group, they can see the selected project but they cannot automatically see the program to which it is associated. If you want them to have access to the associated program, you must add them to the program Access Control tab.
Adding the WORLD group to a Project Access Control list does not allow users with a Submitter license to access the project in the Submittals hub.
