Email Address Missing Message Box

This message box displays when you attempt to email one or more submitters and a user (you and/or the project owner and/or a submitter) is missing an email address in EPM Security Administrator.

Touchstone displays the message box when you click the email icon in one of the following locations:
  • Projects hub > Access Control tab > Submitter List grid header
  • Projects hub > Access Control tab > Submitter List grid user record
  • Projects hub > Snapshot tab > "Email Submitters" link in the Submitter Email column when there is one user without an email address
  • Submittals hub > "Email Submitters" link in the Submitter Email column when there is one user without an email address

When there are multiple submitters, Touchstone displays the Missing Email Addresses message box which is similar to this message box but includes additional fields.

When you click the Email Administrator button, Touchstone displays a pre-populated email message that includes the name of the user who is missing an email address in EPM SA. The To field is populated with the email address listed in the Default Sender Email field on the Communications tab in Settings > General.
