Submitter Email Window
Use this email window to send an email to submitters or the Administrator.

If one or more users (you and/or the project owner and/or submitters) do not have an email address in EPM SA, Touchstone displays the Missing Email Addresses message box (for multiple submitters) or the Email Address Missing message box (for a single submitter).
Field | Description |

From | This field is populated with your (the logged in user) email address that is listed in EPM SA, and is read only. If you do not have an email address in EPM Security Administrator, you will need to enter one into EPM SA before you can send an email. |
To | When you are sending an email to submitters, this field is populated with the submitter email address. If there are multiple submitters, this field contains a delimited list of the email addresses. If needed, you can add multiple email addresses separated by semicolons. If the email address is invalid, Touchstone will not display an error message.
When you are sending a "Missing Email Addresses" email to the Administrator, this field is populated with the email address listed in the Default Sender Email field on the Communications tab in |
CC | This field is populated with your (the logged in user) email address that is listed in EPM SA and is read only. |
Subject |
This field is populated base on the location from which you access the email message window and is editable. When you access this window from the Submittals hub or the Projects Snapshot tab, the default text depends on the project status:
When you access this window from the Projects Access Control tab, the default text is, "Touchstone Project Submission Assignment" or "Request to add missing email addresses to the EPM SA for Acumen Touchstone." |
