  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Select Benchmark Attribute Values (Submittals Hub)

Select benchmark attribute values for each snapshot that has been uploaded and accepted.

You can select benchmark attribute values on the Projects Snapshot tab or in the Submittals hub. These steps show you how to select attribute values from the Submittals view.

Before you can select benchmark attribute values, the benchmark attributes must be defined and added to a program. You can only enter values for attributes that have been added to the program to which your project belongs. For more information, see Understanding Benchmark Attributes.

To select benchmark attribute values:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Submittals.
  2. Locate the project for which you want to select the attribute values.
  3. Locate the benchmark attribute column where you want to select the values.
    If the column is not in the grid, click Grid Settings to add the column to the grid. The dialog box displays all benchmark attributes that have been added to the associated program.
  4. In the project row, click in the attribute column and select a value.
    If the attribute column is grayed out, the attribute has not been added to the program and you will not be able to enter values.
