Field Mapping Template |
View the associated field mapping template, or select the field mapping template that you want to use for the project. When you click the field mapping template name, Touchstone displays the template in the Field Mappings view. If you do not have rights to view the template, a message displays letting you know. Touchstone uses a standard import template to import data from schedule projects. However, it also allows you to custom map any data in the project file. Acceptance Criteria Template |
View the associated acceptance criteria template, or select the acceptance criteria template that you want to use for the project. This is a required field. When you click the acceptance criteria template name, Touchstone displays the template in the Acceptance Criteria view. If you do not have rights to view the template, a message displays letting you know. The acceptance criteria operate at the project level; that is, each project is associated with an acceptance criteria template that includes the metrics used to evaluate the submittals. When you submit a schedule in the Submittals view, Touchstone uses the acceptance criteria to determine if the schedule is accepted or rejected. If you delete an acceptance criteria template that is associated with a project ( ), that project will no longer display in the Submittals view and the submitter will not be able to upload a schedule. To avoid this issue, if the acceptance criteria template that you have selected for this project is deleted, you must select a different template in this field. The acceptance criteria templates are defined in . |
