  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Disassociate a Field Mapping Template from a Project

If you no longer want a field mapping template to be associated with a project, you can remove it but still keep the template in Acumen Touchstone.

If you want to delete a field mapping template from Touchstone, see Delete a Field Mapping Template.

To disassociate a field mapping template from a project:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Projects.
  2. If you are in the List view, click Switch to Detail View in the top right corner of the view.
  3. Use the Project Search feature at the top of the view to search for and select the project from which you want to remove the field mapping template.
  4. On the Configuration tab, hover over the Field Mapping Template field and click the Edit pencil icon to the right of the field.
    The field changes to edit mode.
  5. In the drop-down list, click the X on the right side of the field.
    Touchstone removes the field mapping template and automatically saves the field change.
