  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Programs Projects Tab

This tab displays all of the projects associated with the selected program.

For a description of the fields and menus above the tabs, see Programs Common Fields.

Projects

Click Filter in the grid header to filter the grid results. The grid updates to display the records that fit the criteria that you enter. A filter icon displays to the left of the column name to indicate that you are filtering by a value in that column. To hide the filter fields, click Filter again. To remove the filter criteria, delete the text from the filter field. The filter remains in effect as long as you are in that view. However, if you leave the view and then return, the filter is no longer in effect.

Field Description
Project Name This column lists the projects that are associated with the selected program. When you click a project name, Touchstone displays the project in the Projects hub view.
Description This column displays a description for each project.
+Associate Project Click to associate a project with the current program. You cannot associate a project with more than one program, therefore the drop-down only lists projects that are not already associated with a program.

If you do not see the project you require, navigate to the Projects hub List view, locate the project, and look in the Program column to see if it is already associated with another program. If you want to associate the project with a different program, you first have to disassociate it from the program to which it is currently associated.

X (Disassociate)

When you hover over a project line, an X displays on the right side of the line. Click the X to disassociate the project from the program.

This does not delete the project from Touchstone. It only removes its association to the program.
