Display Missing Snapshots on the Projects Snapshot Tab

A snapshot is missing when a project schedule is not uploaded in the Submittals view by the Window Close Date for a reporting period.

Adding a missing snapshot to the Projects Snapshot grid is useful when you want to select different benchmark attributes for the latest period. Use these steps to display missing snapshots on the Projects Snapshot tab.

To display missing snapshots on the Projects Snapshot tab:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Projects.
  2. In the Projects view, select the Snapshot tab.
  3. In the top right area of the Projects view, click Other Actions > Add Missing Snapshots .
    A message displays either letting you know how many snapshots were added to the grid, or that no missing snapshots were found.

After the missing snapshots are added, you can add benchmark options.
