Scheduling Tab
The Scheduling tab enables you to change the project's description and specify both the project's priority and the type of dates that should be used when calculating the resource usage summary.
Open Plan enables you to share resource pools as well as individual resources across multiple projects.
The summary resource usage file enables different projects to be scheduled successively using only a single resource file. To realize the functionality of summary resource usage, it is necessary to define a unique priority for each project.
If the option to Consider Usage on Higher Priority Projects is selected in the Resource Scheduling dialog box, Open Plan can check information about resources that are currently in use by other, higher priority projects using the same resource pool when performing resource scheduling. Open Plan uses this information to determine what resources are currently available.
