  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Codes Tab

The Codes tab enables you to assign codes to the project.

This feature enables you to sort your projects. For example, you might want to sort your projects according to a region or division code.

Note: When you are using a master project and modeling changes in PM Compass for workflows with different projects, the master project and all the subprojects must use the same code file to validate each of the linking fields. In Open Plan, if the master project and all subprojects do not share the same code file, Open Plan disables the input for the code assignment on the activity in the Activity Details dialog box. You will not be able to enter a code assignment into the schedule to link an activity to a work package.
