Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Save

Use the Save menu option to save your changes using the current file name and location.

This option is only available in Exclusive mode.

  • Exclusive: Save is enabled when you open a file in Exclusive mode.
  • Shared: Save is disabled in Shared mode; however, Open Plan tries to save your changes when you edit the file. A notification displays when another user edits the file. You can view the changes made by the other user when you close the notification.
  • Read-only: Save is disabled when you open a file in Read-only mode. You can still save the file using a different filename. To do this, click File > Save As.

When you are finished saving your changes and you want to close your Open Plan session, you can use the Close All option to close all open projects, ancillary files, and dialog boxes at the same time instead of having to close each one separately.
