Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Modify a Spread Curve

Use the Spread Curves dialog box to modify a spread curve.

To modify a spread curve:

  1. On the Tools tab, click Spread Curves.
  2. In the Spread Curves dialog box, select the spread curve that you want to modify and click Edit.
  3. Verify that the Name field of the Edit Spread Curve dialog box displays the correct name.
  4. If you want to modify the description of the spread curve, enter new information in the Description field.
  5. In the grid at the bottom of the dialog box, enter the appropriate values in any combination of cells in the Cumulative and Incremental rows.
    The total in the Cumulative row is displayed in column 10. This value must equal 100%.
  6. Click Reconcile to ensure that the values in each column of the Cumulative row are correct.
  7. Click Apply.
    Note: Modifying a spread curve used by another project will affect the project the next time resource scheduling is performed or a baseline is updated.
