Editing a Rollup Definition

Use this procedure to edit an existing rollup definition.

To edit an existing rollup definition:

  1. From the Tools tab, select Rollups.
  2. In the Rollups dialog box, select the table that contains the rollup definition you want to edit.
  3. Select the definition to edit, and click Edit.
  4. In the Rollup Definition dialog box, add and/or remove the desired fields from the rollup definition.
    You can select multiple fields to move at one time by Ctrl+clicking or Shift+clicking the fields you want and then clicking the appropriate arrow button.
  5. If you want to share the rollup definition with other users, click Access Control to display the Access Control dialog box.
  6. Click OK to return to the Rollups dialog box.
