Display Resource Assignments on a Barchart

Use this procedure to display resource assignments on a barchart.

To display resource assignments:

1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in barchart view.
2. In the Barchart menu group of  the View tab, click Bar Sets.
3. From the list at the top of the Bar Sets dialog box, select Multi-table Bar Sets.
4. Select the bar set that you want to display resource assignments for, and click Edit.
5. In the Bar Set Preferences dialog box, click the Bar Attributes tab.
6. From the Applies To drop-down list, select Resource Assignment Bars.
7. In the Visibility column for the bar type, choose an appropriate visibility option using the drop-down list above the table.
8. Click OK.

Note: Depending on the barchart view, you may need to define a bar in order to display the resource assignments.
