Delete a Sort Criterion

Use this procedure to delete a sort criterion.

To delete a sort criterion:

1. Take any of the following actions:
   • On the Tools tab, click Sorts.
   • On the Edit tab, click the Manage button under the Sorts group.
2. In the Sorts dialog box, select the sort criterion you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.
4. When Open Plan asks you to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
